Note: This CD was released to coincide with the band’s concert at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, on March 16, 2004 (which was their first appearance in California in 11 years) and appearances at the South by Southwest music festival, beginning March 17, 2004. The CD features three of the final mixes from the upcoming Weightlifting album, as well as an 11 track bonus concert from Le Bataclan, in Paris, from November 10, 1996. The Paris concert was originally planned as a standalone live CD, tentatively entitled “Francis in Paris (Paris is in France)”.

Note: The Fez CD was recorded over the course of two nights (December 4-5, 2004) at the Fez club in New York City, while the band was in the midst of a North American acoustic tour. The majority of the tracks on the CD come from the December 5th show.
